Why is the listing free?

We want a complete directory of the Romanian community in Belgium, not one reserved for those who pay. The basic listing stays free, with no contract and no obligations.

How long does approval take?

Within 24–48 hours. We check the contact details, the activity and the company number by hand, then you get an email with the link to your profile.

Can I edit my business after it is published?

Yes, at any time. From your account, under “My businesses”, you update the description, photos, opening hours and contact details.

Help the community discover your business

Add your business to the Romanian Business Hub directory for free. A business profile helps people looking for services in Belgium understand what you offer, where you work and how to contact you.

What to prepare

Have your business name, category, location, contact details and enterprise or VAT number ready. Include a clear description of your services and a representative image. You can also add opening hours, your website and social media links.

How to submit your business

Sign in or create an account, complete the form and submit your business for review. Your listing appears in the directory after approval. Add descriptions in Romanian, English and Dutch so visitors can understand your services in their preferred language.
