After two decades of working in some of the best restaurants in Europe, including Azurmendi in Spain, Boury and Hof van Cleve in Belgium, all three with three Michelin stars, I decided to open my own artisanal pastry shop/confectionery, starting from the bottom, climbing each step with modesty. We focus on traditional Romanian products, searching for and respecting authentic recipes, which we are happy to share with anyone who wants them.
